Concrete overlays and underlayments serve distinct but essential roles in professional concrete flooring systems. We install both, selecting the appropriate solution based on how the floor will be used and the level of traffic it must support.

Concrete underlayments are used to prepare existing concrete surfaces to receive new flooring systems. Underlayments correct uneven areas, low spots, and surface imperfections, creating a smooth, flat, and stable substrate for epoxy coatings, tile, LVP, and other finished floors. Concrete overlays are designed to function as the finished wearing surface in interior commercial and industrial environments and are ideal for polished concrete. These systems are engineered to withstand foot traffic, carts, pallet jacks, and forklifts commonly found in warehouses and commercial buildings.
